Please note these are frameworks only. Starting points.. so you can visualise how your site can be structured.
Typically, you can choose from
Menu Position: left menu/ right hand menu/ horizontal only menu and horizontal with side menu. Note horizontal menus can only display about 5 - 7 pages before spilling over and so are not suitable for larger sites
Site Width: Some sites can be built as fluid screen (ie the expand to suit the screen of the viewer) some are best as fixed width (this makes formatting text and placing image easier for example )
Your header image and/or logo would be placed in your site of course and colour schemes and fonts adjusted to suit.
The end result would be a unique design for your site.
